London again - Part 1

Taking a risk

Ho deciso di rischiare per una volta nella mia vita. Non continuerò lo stage che potrebbe assicurarmi un lavoro a tempo indeterminato subito dopo la laurea. Infatti, ho deciso che questo venerdì sarà il mio ultimo giorno di lavoro in un'azienda fino a dicembre.

Lo faccio perché 

1. ho bisogno di una pausa mentale (ho passato l'ultimo anno lavorando e studiando);
2. devo dedicarmi alla mia tesi;
3. voglio viaggiare;
   • Turchia: per visitare Suzan;
   • Oktoberfest: perché lo scorso anno non sono potuta andare per via del lavoro;
   • Canada: per accompagnare mia nonna;
   • USA: perché sono 2 anni che voglio andarci ed ora ho anche delle amiche da andare a trovare;
   • Londra perché ho promesso ad Agnese di andare a vederla ballare Snowman visto che lo scorso anno non sono potuta andare.. per via del lavoro.
4. se non lo faccio ora non potrò farlo mai più.

Speriamo bene e speriamo che riesca a far tutto.

Switzerland

So Saturday, after visiting the CERN, we spent the evening in Lausanne having dinner at "Crêperie la Chandeleur". I loved it, but I didn't have my camera with me so I don't have any photos of it. Anyway, they have a big variety of crepes on the menu both sweet and savory, all extremely delicious but also quite expensive. The place looks really cozy and "familiar". It felt like being in a small chalet with your friend talking and having dinner while it's too cold (-8°) to be outside.

The day after, we spent the morning going around the small city of Renges situated nearby the Lake Geneva. It was even colder than the day before but it was definitely worth it. Hopefully from this photos you will get an idea of how cold and beautiful it was.

CERN

As you can read here, Saturday I left Milano pretty early to go visit the CERN in Geneva. Our train was more than two hours late so we didn't have time to visit Geneva (which apparently was a pity) but I really liked the CERN museum.

Paul Kalkbrenner

This summer, during the 3 crazy, messy, sleeping-in-the-car-&-on-the-beach days I spent in Puglia with my brother and his friends, I shoot this photos of Paul Kalkbrenner.
I wish I was closer to the stage (or on it) to took photos of the guy and his funny facial expression.
(I also wish it was summer again.. but it's winter instead and it's exams period)

Rome

I was in Rome from the 8th and the 11th (sorry for the late post :P) and I gotta say that spending some time away from Milan and the University with the girls was awesome and incredibly funny, but since "a picture is worth a thousand words" here some of the best and funniest pics from the trip :)

Turin Oct 13th
